Throughout my many years of personal training and bootcamps all around Switzerland, I’ve educated and supported hundreds of people in their health and fitness journeys!

With a 3-year fitness degree, 10 years of experience in bootcamps, personal training and sports massage under my belt, I’ve made it my personal mission to help as many people as possible to achieve their ideal level of fitness and to feel more confident and happy!

My workouts are flexible, versatile and fun!

BOOTCAMP

50 days. 5 days a week. 6:30am-7:30am

My 50 day bootcamp is designed to keep you challenged, interested and continuously seeing results. This increases your motivation to get fit, which in turn makes you feel great, look awesome, and WANT to come back for more!

I combine strength and cardio exercises for a full-body burn. To get your heart pumping, make you sweat, and challenge your muscles. Using a combination of High intensity intervals, light weight training and body weight exercises.

It’s about walking in strong and walking out stronger.

PERSONAL TRAINING

I create a safe and effective exercise program JUST FOR YOU. Your program should be unique to you and your fitness goals, so you can get the best possible results from your training. I specialize in improving muscular endurance, strengthening cardiovascular capabilities, and increasing physical flexibility.

  • Either in a small group setting or one-on-one.
  • Schedule training sessions at times that are convenient to you and your family.
  • Exercise in the comfort and privacy of your own home or outdoors.
  • Achieve your health and fitness goals remotely with online personal training sessions
  • Finally, you’ll learn about diet and nutrition and how to maintain health and wellness for life.

Therapeutic massage

My therapeutic massage is designed to relax the entire body by rubbing the muscles in long, gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. the benefits of my therapeutic massage go beyond relaxation. It can help increase the level of oxygen in the blood and improve circulation and flexibility.

  • Reduced stress levels.
  • Improved flexibility and range of motion.
  • Prevention and treatment of sports injuries.
  • Emotional healing.
  • Better sleep.
  • Pain reduction (including general muscle pain, tension headaches, migraines, back pain etc.)
  • Accelerated recovery from hard physical training.

Sports massage

Deep tissue and sports massage help aid unwanted muscle tension, reduce post exercise fatigue and prevent future injuries  

I work on specific muscles that are overworked and tight from either too much training, stress or fatigue. I offer a treatment that is tailored to the needs of each client by drawing on an extensive knowledge of functional anatomy, massage techniques, physiotherapy and many years of experience to ensure you are receiving the best possible treatment.
